Monolev SCIP (Structural Concrete Insulated Panel) is a wall made of three components: a galvanized steel mesh tied through an EPS insulation core, with structural shotcrete applied to both faces on site. Unlike stick-frame (combustible, ~R-6 effective, fails around 110 mph), it's non-combustible, high-wind rated, and has continuous insulation with no thermal bridging. Unlike ICF (which needs a concrete pour into formwork), SCIP panels arrive pre-assembled and install in hours. Unlike CMU block (heavy, poor insulation), the bare panel weighs about 28.6 lb and adds STC 40 acoustic separation.
